Creditreform Rating table ("Solvency Index")
A credit rating is calculated on the basis of information, considered as being collected from reliable sources. A credit report and a credit rating provide supplementary help to Creditreform's clients in their decision making. Creditreform assumes no responsibility for the results of these decisions. The so called credit limit is the amount, which can be granted as a 30 to 90 days short term credit without any guarantee. Creditreform Solvency Index

+++ CREDITREFORM BUSINESS TIP +++
Creditreform does not provide official legal advising. Therefore we can only recommend the following:
Special Pledges Register in Bulgaria: When doubting the business partner's credibility it is advisable to register the goods with the existing Special Pledges Register. When entered into this register, the goods remain property of the seller till they are completely paid (retention of title). It makes legal procedures easier.
Trading safely with Western Europe:Many Bulgarian companies do not include in their contracts, due to insufficient experience, standard clauses, currently used in Western Europe. The most important one of them is the Retention of Title: the seller remains owner of the goods, till they are completely paid (standard clause in Germany). In some countries, a notary attestation of this clause or of the contract are needed. In other countries, the goods are listed in a special register. In Germany this clause is applicable even to goods resold to other parties or processed ("Extended" Retention of Title). In some countries, when the company receiving the goods goes bankrupt, they are excluded from the bankruptcy assets.
